Phil

Phil is a former All State athlete, high school athletics coach, lifelong fitness enthusiast, and has a Doctorate Degree from the U of M. He invented and patented the G-Werx Machine and Program. Phil has also conducted over 30,000 group personal training sessions and is one of the most experienced trainers you’ll find. He also cultivates mindfulness, understanding, laughter, and healing through movement. You’ll have fun and be in good hands with Phil!

Diana

Diana is the Co-owner of G-Werx Fitness’s Downtown Minneapolis location. She
co-authored the G-Werx Manual. Loves golf, biking and hiking. Diana is a Certified Fitness Instructor with a B.A. and MBA from Lewis University. She partners with clients to give them safe and effective workouts. Diana has 15 years experience operating fitness studios and,leading workout sessions. She also has done a lot to help within the residential community at Abiitan Minneapolis.

Marquel

Marquel is a certified personal trainer through ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association). He tells how as a boy was as skinny as a rail then found weight training. From that day he became fitness enthusiast and bodybuilder. He brings a foundational understanding of body mechanics to every training session. He is gaining huge experience working with people of all ages and fitness levels. Like the best of the best, he brings something that cannot be taught. He truly cares about every person that comes through our door and loves helping others improve their lives through weight training and fitness.
